Think Like a Man star Meagan Good is effortlessly sexy. The skin. The hair. The sick body. You’d hate her if she wasn’t so pleasantly humble and laid back about being one of Black Hollywood’s hottest. The beauty who will star in NBC new pilot “Notorious”—and recently engaged to long-time beau, Sony Entertainment executive and pastor DeVon Franklin—dug through her treasure chest of goods to detail everything (and we mean everything) she uses to maintain that one of a kind glow and droolworthy ‘do.

EBONY: Your skin is amazing! What’s your facial regimen?

Meagan Good: Oh, thanks! You know, the funny thing is that it’s just Clearasil. I use Clearasil Oil Free Daily Wash and Clearasil Daily Pore Cleansing Pads. I moisturize with Eucerin Daily Protection SPF 30 Moisturizing Face Lotion because it doesn’t clog your pores. I also use Peter Thomas Roth Instant Firmx Eye under my eyes.

EBONY: Do you indulge in any special treatments like facials?

MG: I’ve actually never has a facial. My philosophy is ‘If it aint broke, don’t fix it.’ I don’t want people poking around at my face and then we mess something up.

EBONY: Understandable. Let’s talk brows. Yours are always beat to the gods! We must know how you do them on a daily basis.

MG:  Ha! Thanks! When I was growing up, I lived in a neighborhood that was largely Latino and I thought I was Latino! I started shaving off my brows and drawing them in with thick black eyeliner. After a few years, I noticed that they wouldn’t grow back in – just in patches. I struggled with that for a while. One day, I was talking to a makeup artist about how beautiful Aaliyah was and how great her brows were and she was telling me that she had them tattooed on. After that, I did some research and I worked with a tattoo artist and we created my brows. It took me about five years to get them the way I wanted and I went back a few times.

EBONY: Do you fill them in with anything?

MG:  I just use a little brown MAC powder.

EBONY: You seem to be a big fan of the cat eye. Do you use a pencil or crème liner?

MG: I love crème liner because I have lash extensions and sometimes the liquid liner can get into the lashes. It’s also easier to guide. I can create straighter lines with it.

EBONY: What’s the secret behind your fabulous glow? Body and face.

MG: Oh, thanks! I use bath gloves in the shower every day. People often comment on my skin and I just tell them that I use bath gloves. Note: For those not familiar, bath gloves allow you to exfoliate your entire body using the soap of your choice. For my nose, I use NARS Highlighting Blush Powder. It creates this great highlight down the center of my nose that just makes the shape look great. On my face, I use Smashbox bronzers.

EBONY: What’s your ultimate beauty must have?

MG: Oh, man…those EOS lipglosses. I’m obsessed with those! I also love L’Oreal glosses.

EBONY: Do you do your own makeup or do you rely mainly on makeup artists?

MG: I try to do my makeup as much as possible, but I do have a few makeup artists that I love.

EBONY: Do you know that people are kind of obsessed with your hair? When you first got your current cut, everyone wanted it.

MG: It’s crazy because I had no idea. I would see people on the street with the haircut and they’d be like ‘You inspired this,’ and I’d be like ‘Really?’ Hairstylist Maisha Oliver has been cutting my hair since I was 17. We worked on the cut for a long time because when we first did it, it wasn’t quite doing what I wanted it to do. I remember driving and passing by a Super Cuts and I stopped in and asked them to cut this right here and cut that right here. I also work with a barber because he can give me the boy look in the back that I like.

EBONY: What do you use for at-home styling?

MG: The beauty of having short hair is that I actually can wash and style it at home! I pincurl it at night because I don’t like to put a lot of heat on it.  When I wake up, I take the pins out and the curls look exactly like I want. I use Kimberly Kimble’s shampoos and conditioners, and I use Carol’s Daughter’s Hold & Control Smoother to slick up my edges. I also love TIGI Bed Head Hair Wax Stick.

EBONY: Last question. We must know what beauty goods you always keep in your purse?

MG:  Of course! My EOS Lip Balm, Q-tips, super glue (in case one of her nails breaks) a little thing of perfume, department store credit cards…and candy!
